# Sentinow + Claude (MCP)

Query your test data and trigger runs from Claude — coming soon

**Category**: AI & MCP
**Type**: MCP Server

## Overview

Sentinow is building an MCP server for Claude. Ask Claude about your release readiness, coverage gaps, or failing tests — and get answers grounded in live Sentinow data.

Trigger runs, create test cases, and file defects through natural conversation. All actions respect your Sentinow permissions — Claude can only do what you can do.

MCP (Model Context Protocol) connects AI assistants to live data sources. Sentinow's MCP server makes your test suite, run history, and release readiness available to Claude as structured context.

## Features

- Ask Claude about test status, release readiness, and coverage gaps
- Trigger test runs from a Claude conversation
- Create test cases through natural language
- File defects from Claude based on test results
- All actions scoped to your Sentinow role and permissions
- Audit trail for every action taken through Claude

## Use Cases

### Release readiness in a conversation

Ask Claude 'Is the checkout feature ready to release?' and get an answer grounded in your live Sentinow data — pass rate, open defects, and coverage gaps — without opening the Sentinow dashboard.

### Creating test cases from a prompt

Describe a new feature to Claude and ask it to create test cases in Sentinow. Claude uses your project knowledge base and the feature description to generate and save test cases directly in the platform.

### Investigating test failures

Ask Claude what failed in the last run and why. Claude reads your recent test results and surfaces the failures, affected tests, and any patterns across runs — in plain language.
